What is the cancellation policy?

  • When you book your reservation, we will will put a credit card on file. However, we don't run anything until you come in to pick-up the bike. If you are a no-show or cancel within 24 hours, then it is a $100 cancellation fee. If you can't make it, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation.

Will I get refunded if I drop-off earlier than my return day/time?

  • No. We don't offer any refunds for early returns.

What happens if it rains?

  • Do not be surprised if you encounter some rain during your trip on Kauai as it is known as one of the wettest places on Earth. That is why we are the Garden Isle and so lush and beautiful. It is usually a quick little shower—just enough to cool you down. If we do have a heavy system rolling in, we usually know at least the day before which would be the time to cancel if you chose.

Do you rent by the hour or offer any half-days?

  • No. Our rentals are for 24 hours and if you chose to return early that is completely fine. Some people prefer to go out for a few hours and return by the end of the day, but it would not change the price. All pick-up and drop-offs must be at the dealership during our business hours.

What is the Loss Damage Waiver?

  • The Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) limits your liability to $2,000 of damage of the bike. We understand $2,000 is a lot to hold on your card, so we only hold $1,000 for the security deposit which would go towards any damage.
